FQTT Tortilla production line makes process in a traditional way which is pressing the cut dough ball into a even shape. The weight of the divided dough ball can be adjusted to form the ideal bread size. Automatic proofing room can give a good rest / fermentation of the dough ball. Connected with oven, cooler and packing system, the line can meet the full processing demand.

The basic tortilla line processes are divided into kneading, sorting, intermediate proofing, forming, baking, cooling, stacking & counting, and packaging; To meet the needs of different sizes of Tortilla, 15cm, 18cm, 20cm, 22cm, 25cm, 30cm, 33cm, etc., different sizes of different customers can be adjusted by adjusting the parameters of the machine to adjust the dough weight. 

Automation can reach 95%. The whole line is equipped with an intelligent operating system, a central processing unit, a human-computer interaction interface, and precision sensors to make the control more stable to support the growing factory production needs.

The tortilla production line working process is like this, The large dough is mixed by the dough mixer, and the large dough is introduced into the funnel and divided into medium-sized dough pieces. Then, it is made into small dough of specified weight by the dividing and rounding machine, and automatically enters the intermediate fermentation machine for fermentation for 10-15 minutes. After that, it is transported to the hot pressing machine by the conveyor belt to bake. Finally, they will be counting and stacking automatically. 6 or 10 can be freely set, and then transported to the conveyor belt to wait for the packaging machine to complete the packaging. It can be automatically connected to FLOW packing machine or zipper package packing machine, and can be customized according to user requirements.
