Chiffon Cake Aerator Mixer


  • This Cake Aerator Mixer is suitable for Chiffon cake production which needs to mix the egg white and egg yolk separately.
  • Chiffon cake batter aeration system consists of 2 mixing tanks + 2 storage tanks + 1 aeration head + 1 Chiller + CIP cleaning system + Conveying pipelines . This machine will finish the processing of raw materials mixing, storage and aeration automatically, then transporting the cake batter into the cake depositor. 

Egg white mixing tank (egg, sugar, flour, ingredients) → Rotor pump →Buffering tank → Screw pump of egg white →Aeration head ;

Egg yolk mixing tank (egg, sugar, flour, ingredients) → Rotor pump →Buffering tank → Screw pump of egg yolk ;

1. All parts of the aeration head are processed using the Japanese Mazak CNC machining center and the Japanese Satik slow wire processing. The finish and dimensional accuracy of the parts are very high;


2. The spindle material inside theaeration head is made of aviation stainless steel material. The strength is high and the runout is small, which greatly improves the noise and jitter of the head in the actual production process and extends the service life of the mechanical seal inside the head to a great extent;


3. The whole machine assembly of the head is assembled in the dust-free constant temperature workshop. The hot and cold loading process is adopted in the assembly process, which greatly improves the stability of the head;


4. The equipment protection device is complete: such as the screw pump with liquid level detection protection device; once the screw pump is out of material, the detection switch will immediately close the system after detection, which will not lead to dry grinding damage to the screw pump; and if the pressurized rubber sleeve is broken, the slurry in the pipeline will be directly discharged outside the equipment, and will not flow back to the electrical box to cause damage to the electrical parts;


5. The tank and the pump body are fixed to the base. Cleaning and hygiene will be convenient;  With CIP Cleaning system.


6. High automation: if the output is adjusted in the production process, only one parameter of screw pump flow needs to be adjusted, and other parameters do not need to be changed;

 

7. High configuration, stable inflation and feeding in the process of aeration, so as to ensure stable product quality. Strong durability, low failure rate, simple operation and high production efficiency, which can be operated by one person. High cost performance.
