Automatic pastry sheet lamination line is used for producing dough sheet for puff pastry, Danish pastry, croissants, palmier, ect. The dough sheet can be made into round or rectangular, or square shape. Other special shapes can be customized by changing the cutting mold. 

The ratio of butter/ margarine and the dough can be adjusted as demand; 

This line is with automatic layer control system and compared with manual dough sheeter, it can save work labor cost, improve the production capacity and get much more stable quality of final product. 

Based on different capacity demand, ZLINE has the pastry sheet production line in output dough width of : 600mm , 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1300mm, ect. 

Also, this line can be equippmend with a baking paper feeding machine to produce the pastry sheet warpped with baking paper or film. Then, connected with tunnel freezer and packing system to realize the pastry roll with paper/film full automatically and in a mass production volume.

This pastry sheet production line is with the function of remote control. The customer only needs to supply the internet for our elcetrical cabinet then we can remotely control and fix the problems during production, which can reduce the down time and save the cost.
