Pastry making-up line is a simple and flexible forming line tobe sued for shaping the pastry dough into kinds of pastries like Puff pastry, Danish pastries, rasins roll, pain au chocolat, D-shape pastry and other pastries of different shapes.
One line can make more than 10 types of pastries in various shape and sizes by just changing the decoration tools and cutters.
This line is multifunctional and is with less space needed, which is very suitable for small and medium bakery shop & food factory.
The cutting knives can also be tailor-made based on product shape. We can make it into staright cutter, triangle cutter, D-shape cutter with or without teeth, + shape cutters and so on.
Cutter molds can be installed and disassembled on the cutting frame very easily. each cutter is only about 15KG, easy catching up manually;
Cutter material are 304 stainless steel and it is coated with Teflon. Cutting surface is very smooth and pretty.
