This working table is a flexible croissants making up line. The line integrates automatic stamping, turning and curling to achieve the industrial production of croissants. Rolled laminated dough is put and further processed on the line into customized croissants.
Compact machine units combination makes food manufacturers realize producing croissants with less space needed and less budget.
Laminated dough needs to be prepared before being taken to the processing table. In order to finish this work, small and flexible dough sheeter can be used by munufacturers.
