The production process includes essential steps such as dough kneading, portioning, intermediate proofing, shaping, baking, cooling, stacking, counting, and packaging. The machine supports multiple tortilla sizes, including 15cm, 18cm, 20cm, 22cm, 25cm, 30cm, and 33cm. By adjusting the machine’s parameters, the dough weight can be modified to meet different production requirements.


With an automation level of up to 95%, the system features an intelligent control panel, a central processing unit, an intuitive user interface, and high-precision sensors to ensure a stable and efficient operation. This advanced technology is designed to optimize large-scale tortilla manufacturing while maintaining high product consistency.


The production process begins with dough mixing, followed by portioning into medium-sized pieces. These are then divided into smaller dough balls of precise weight and undergo intermediate fermentation for 10-15 minutes. After fermentation, the dough is transported via conveyor belt to the hot pressing machine for baking. The finished tortillas are automatically counted and stacked in groups of 6 or 10, depending on the settings, before being moved to the packaging stage. The system seamlessly integrates with both flow pack and zipper bag packaging machines and can be customized based on specific customer needs.
