Then, it is made into small dough of specified weight by the dividing and rounding machine, and automatically enters the intermediate fermentation machine for fermentation for 10-15 minutes. After that, it is transported to the hot pressing machine by the conveyor belt to bake. Finally, they will be counting and stacking automatically. 6 or 10 can be freely set, and then transported to the conveyor belt to wait for the packaging machine to complete the packaging. Complete Production Process

The tortilla production process consists of several key steps, each optimized for consistency, efficiency, and quality:

1. Dough Kneading: The production begins with mixing flour, water, and other ingredients in an industrial dough mixer, ensuring uniform hydration and gluten development.

2. Dough Portioning: The mixed dough is transferred into a feeding hopper, where it is divided into medium-sized portions.

3. Dividing & Rounding: The medium dough portions are further divided into smaller dough balls of precise weight by an automatic dividing and rounding machine.

4. Intermediate Proofing: The small dough balls undergo fermentation in an intermediate proofing chamber for 10-15 minutes. This step allows the dough to rest and develop the right texture.

5. Hot Pressing & Baking: The proofed dough balls are transported via conveyor belt to the hot pressing unit, where they are flattened and pressed into uniform tortilla shapes. They are then baked at controlled temperatures to achieve the desired texture, flexibility, and golden-brown color.

6. Cooling: After baking, the tortillas pass through a cooling conveyor to stabilize their structure before packaging.

7. Stacking & Counting: The tortillas are automatically stacked in groups of 6 or 10, depending on the pre-set production requirements.

8. Packaging: The stacked tortillas are transferred to the packaging machine, which can integrate with either a flow wrap packaging system or a zipper bag packing system. Custom packaging options are available based on customer requirements.
